  Awesome store. A bit more cramped than their (newer) coquitlam store, but they have an excellent selection of treats, toys, supplements, dehydrated raw, and raw foods.

  This pet store has won me over as being the absolute best in the Greater Vancouver area. Having lived in the city for 11 years, I have had to shop at numerous stores to fulfill my dog's and my cat's needs. As all of my animals are on a raw diet, I am often disappointed by a lack of selection or even a lack of stock at all. Not only is the selection at Kona far more vast the any of the stores I have previously shopped from, the customer service is miles above as well. ...I even received a handwritten card from the North Vancouver location after one if my more recent purchases!! When was the last time you received service like that from a retailer?
