  I went in for a check up with my new 8 week old kitten. I found a flyer offering a free first exam with them so I figured why not try? Well don't, it's a massive waste of time. First of all the Vet Dr. Arun didn't conduct a proper examination on her, he didn't check out her ears or her mouth. She was born with a limp and couldn't even check that out. After like 5 minutes of awkwardly standing in the room he claimed she was to small for worm medications so I should pre-buy them and self medicate her at home (no problem) then he gave her his shot. Then our free check up turned into $50 for medications which again no problem. So we left and I thought that was the end... I went home and did like 10 minutes of research and figured out why my kitten has a limp. I also found out a lot of basic information pertaining to kittens and proper health which he should of informed such as what shots she needed next and any further steps. Then I met someone who use to work there and you do NOT want to know how they treat your pets where you can't see them. I highly recommend finding a different vet than this one. After all of this I made the decision to call and cancel my next appointment with them because of obvious reasons with the Doctor. The lady at the front desk hung up on me! So Rude. I had to call back and they reluctantly took my information to cancel the visit. Would not give 1 star if I could.
