  Absolutely will not be back here, nor my family. We have been loyal customers for over a year now and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Zhao. Don't expect to see your dentist when you go here, you will be set up with a "surprise" dentist. Make sure you clarify before you make your appointments (as that was my first mistake) especially if you put trust into your dentist, like I do. I was over charged multiple times, and my plan was charged for visits that shouldn't have been charged for. I won't be too specific to keep matters confidential. After being charged incorrectly (and the rude way it was handled) and not being informed that I was not seeing my dentist, I have completely lost trust in this dental office. This is so sad because of its location in such a nice community with wonderful people.

  Trained at UBC, Dr. Nabi lived and lives on the North Shore. She and her staff are friendly, helpful professional people and their spotless facilities are comfortable and ultra-modern. Our family is happy we chose Town Centre Dental and recommend it without reservation.
