  I like Dr Kaye very much, he is very patient and caring. But last time I was there I called the office twice to make sure that they are on schedule and I won't be late for my job, because I couldn't take a leave. When I got to the office there was nobody ahead of me and they told me they are exactly on schedule. I sat there for a while and expected to be the first person to be visited, because I was there quite on time and there was nobody else in the office, then a Canadian couple showed up with their baby. Surprisingly they were admitted before me, and I could well read in the eyes of the receptionist that she wants to see what is my reaction! I felt very offended and when inquired she told me that they were ahead of you in the schedule! But they were late, anyhow and it was my right to be seen first. Of course, the couple didn't know about this and finally I managed to see the doctor on time! But it caused me a lot of emotions! They never remind you of the appointments and when I missed an appointment due to a misunderstanding recently, the receptionist made me to give my credit card number and pay the penalty, otherwise they won't rebook me. She was not empathetic at all and despite I told her that I have not been working for a couple of months and I am low income, she just told me that she cannot make any exception. I like Dr Kaye but I don't like the way I have been treated at his office.
