- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My recent experience at this medical facility was poor. Communication was unclear and undependable, variously being disconnected, put on hold and discovering they don’t answer between 12 and 1 PM. Arranged follow-ups were not done I had to call back repeatedly. For a medical facility, there was a concerning lack of attention to detail, variously getting my name and contact details wrong, being able to find me in the system and ensuring contact information was up to date and accurate.by G HApril 24, 2017
