  I've seen Dr.Marshall twice now and both times I've been treated well by both the receptionist and the Dr. and on one of the days the weather was exceptionally miserable. Folks, this is a drop in clinic, don't expect to be pampered by an apologetic receptionist if the wait is too long. I've seen doctors all over North America and the setup is always the same: Take a number and sit down for an indeterminate amount of time until the doctor is ready for you. At some point you might wonder if they have forgotten about you and just as you're thinking of saying something, they'll call you're name and you'll get excited like a child. Now you're waiting in a private room for up to 15 minutes, or longer if the doctor needs a coffee or a snack or maybe he has a phone call from another doctor, who knows.
